Two words ruled the late fifties up to the early seventies. Rock N roll. When it needed a king in the sixties, people in the United States did not have to look long. A boy who grew up, hardened by the south but with a gift of music like no other in his generation up to now, took care of that.

Born in Mississippi and hardened by its difficult southern unrest in those early decades of rock, Elvis Presley gave his generation a thirst they never knew existed. They devoured him. They begged for his performances and many years later he has elvis impersonator san francisco keeping his image alive.

Many years later, after he was already long gone, many people took it upon themselves to study his movements, his voice, and the way he sang and commanded an audience. And this is with good with reason. Sure they do it for the money. But in places like San Francisco California, it was also considered an art.

Not even Johnny Cash made an impact as enormous as this boy from Mississippi did. Frank Sinatra may have made girls swoon but Presley may have been the biggest of the circle of stars who defined that generation. Through his music and the way he moved, he encouraged the youth to defy the rules and rebelled with them.

The Beatles would be one of them, but America worships the king and there is only one king. San Francisco, California may not be littered with as many bright lights as Las Vegas, but is sure is one place abuzz with stars, and what with Hollywood just being around the corner.

He already sold himself and his talent that one night his knees and legs bended to the music. It would take someone very talented to be able to master that. The rest became history when the audience took it upon themselves to mark him as someone who naturally moves like that. He defined that generation.

Today, impersonators are already professionally trained. It took them years of training and studying movements and mannerisms of how the artist sings or dances on stage, maybe even both. You will believe you are truly meeting the man himself when you get the right person for the entertainment.

There would be so many that it can get overwhelming. Most of them works with an agency so you will have to direct your questions there and asks for samples of performances through videos, depending on what material they would like to show to let you hire them. Check who the person is and judge for yourself.

Do not expect it to be cheap, if you want an all out performance. Of course, if it is really someone whose resemblance and talent is unquestionable, then it would all be worth it. After all, music has a way of being an all around cure for misery, boredom and the need for entertainment. Having Elvis onstage, even if you know it is not truly him, will be one hell of an experience for you and your guests.
